About the Home

Girvan is a Residential EMI care home situated in East Sussex in the popular retirement town of Bexhill-On-Sea. In our homely setting, we provide personalised care, attention and stimulation to people of 65 years or more who due to dementia are no longer able to cope on their own. Each resident is treated as an individual and we encourage as full and active a lifestyle as possible.

The home has a heritage of over twenty years and is registered for thirteen residents. Our smaller size means that residents benefit from an exceptionally high level of personalised care, provided by skilled, friendly staff. The care we provide is built around our resident’s strengths and constantly seeks to improve their quality of life.

In addition to the comfort and security of 24-hour care, residents are encouraged to enjoy regular activities, outings and entertainment and can celebrate traditional festivities as they would in their own homes. As such visitors are welcome at any time.
