Fees

Each new resident and their family are encouraged to visit the home to satisfy themselves that the care standards, daily life and general ambience is to their liking. The Care Manager will also wish to discuss the personal preferences of each resident to satisfy themselves that Girvan can deliver to the new residents care needs.

Our fees are dependant on the clients care needs and the facilities made available to individual residents. Fees are reviewed annually and are monitored throughout the year to ensure that the care needed is in accordance with the care delivered.

The fees do include twenty four hour care and on call personal assistance; all in house laundry of bedding, clothes and towels; use of all communal spaces; use of private or shared bedroom; help with bathing; assistance with day to day medication; breakfast, Lunch/Dinner, supper and communal refreshments through out the day and on request.

Private, non-essential items such as newspapers, luxury drinks or chocolate bars are not included in the fess.  Specialist services supplied by operators not under the direct employee of Girvan are charged accordingly.  All fees are normally payable in advance.
